With the En Pointe party package, your little princess and her guests will be swept away on a magical ballet journey from the moment the Ballerina Princess arrives at the party venue. Embracing each guest with warmth and charm, she sets the stage for an unforgettable experience. The festivities begin with a Ballet Ceremony fit for a true princess ballerina. Your birthday princess and her friends will delight in showing off 3 technical ballet skills in a set of whimsical challenges as they showcase they are true ballet dancers. At the end of the Ceremony, the Birthday Ballerina is crowned with a crystal tiara like the one's worn by Prima Ballerinas as well as bestowed with an autographed Official Princess Certification. But the whimsy doesn't end there! The Ballerina Princess will perform a signature story time as she reads a ballerina story! Your party guests are taught a ballet dance instructed by the Ballerina Princess herself, to the tune of her favorite song, "Music Box Dancer." Laughter fills the air as they twirl and leap in perfect harmony, creating memories to last a lifetime. Throughout the party, the Ballerina Princess guides your guests in a series of princess games and activities, ensuring that every moment is filled with joy and wonder. What is a ballerina without her special shoes? This Party Package includes a complete a pointe shoe demonstration as the Ballerina Princess showcases how to properly put on and wear pointe shoes, complete with a question and answer session. Your party guests will love getting to knock on the shoes at the delight of the princess party host. Now what's a princess party without the perfect photo portrait? With her expert guidance, each guest strikes a regal pose for their royal portrait, capturing the magic of the day for years to come. As the celebration draws to a close, there's one final, heartwarming moment in store: a special serenade of "Happy Birthday" led by the Ballerina Princess herself, accompanied by her royal court, your party guests. • Party Planning Consultation: We know you may have a lot of questions prior to your party, that's why Dancing Princess Parties wants to take the guess work out of the planning process. We will take 15-20 minutes to plan your party with you over the phone and ensure that you know what all to expect from your magical event with the Ballerina Princess.

• Princess Attendant: Meet the Princess Attendant, a delightful companion who adds an extra touch of magic to any birthday party. With a warm and welcoming smile, the Princess Attendant possesses an extensive knowledge of royal customs, and the princess's story. Not only is the Princess Attendant an expert storyteller, but they ensure that the princess's schedule is followed flawlessly, making sure that all activities and events run smoothly. The Princess Attendant is skilled in posing and photography to ensure every moment captured is flawless to create a cherished memory.

• Grand Entrance: The first impression is so important, and we've put the work into making it magical. During your Party Planning consultation, we will give you a step by step on how to ensure the moment the Ballerina Princess enters your home is full of magic and wonder. 

• Meet & Greet: The Ballerina Princess will spend a few minutes getting to know the birthday child and each guest upon arrival.

• Magic Music Box: The Ballerina Princess will bring the Magic Music Box which is full of special party favors for guests. It also includes a special gift specific for the birthday child! The guests won't be able to open it until after the Ballet Class!

• The Ballet Coronation: Before the birthday princess can open the magic music box to reveal what's inside, they and all their guests must learn the basics of ballet and show off 3 ballet skills! 

• Crystal Tiara: The Ballerina Princess will present the birthday princess with a Crystal Tiara like the ones Prima Ballerinas wear on stage!

• Honorary Princess Ballerina Certificate: The Ballerina Princess will present the birthday child with a homemade, personalized honorary Certificate naming them a Ballerina Princess. 

• Plastic Tiaras: The Ballerina Princess will bestow each party guest with their own plastic tiara as a memorable keepsake from your party!

• Ballerina Storytime: The Ballerina Princess will read her favorite ballet story in a signature story time!

• Ballet Dance: The Ballerina Princess will lead the dancers in a Ballet Dance to her favorite song "Music Box Dancer" complete with Port de Bras, Relevés, and Twirls, the Ballerina Princess LOVES dancing!

• Additional Games: The Ballerina Princess loves dancing games! In your Twirl and Go Party she will play:

• Pointe Shoe Demonstration: What is a ballerina without her shoes? In this pointe shoe demonstration, the Ballerina Princess allows your birthday child and party guests the opportunity to get hands on with her shoes. She will demonstrate how to properly fit and wear the shoes. It's complete with a question and answer as well as a brief demonstration. 

• Ballet Posing Lesson: A Ballerina always looks poised and graceful in photos! The Ballerina Princess will teach your Princess Party guests how to pose like a Ballerina for the perfect Ballerina Princess Portrait!

• Princess Party Photo: Your Princess Party will get to pose for a Memorable Keepsake Photo with the Ballerina Princess before she departs. Your Princess Attendant knows how to pose the party for the picture-perfect capture!

• Ballerina Princess Portrait: The Party Princess gets her own Keepsake Princess Portrait with the Ballerina Princess! The Princess Attendant is there to ensure the Princess Portrait is posed to perfection.

• Autograph Cards: Memorable Keepsakes! To add to the memorable event, the Ballerina Princess leaves each guest with an autograph to commemorate the magical day.

• Happy Birthday Song: Before departing, the Ballerina Princess & Party guests sing "Happy Birthday" to the Birthday Princess as she makes her "birthday wish" while blowing out her candles.

• Curtain Call: Before the Ballerina Princess departs, she'll spend a little extra time with the birthday child and say goodbye to all of the guests.

- Non-Refundable Deposit: All parties are subject to a 50% Non-Refundable deposit + a $9.99 Booking Fee.

- Booking Fee: Pricing is subject to additional fees including: $9.99 booking fee (all parties).

- Additional Guest Fees: Pricing below is for the birthday child and up to 15 guests. Parties with more than 15 guests (children who actively participate in the party) are subject to a fee of $10 per additional guest.

- Travel Fees: Some parties may also be subject to a Travel Fee of $25 or more based on your party address.

- Rushed Service Fee: There may be a Rushed Service fee of $50 for parties booked less than 2 weeks in advance.
